Personal Profile

Describe your personality and character: Very fun, outgoing, determined, pleasant, easy going, and positive.

How do you think others would describe you?
A leader, not a follower. Very good with people, very positive and fun, smart.

What would you say is your strongest personal trait and why?
My overall personality. I am just very thankful that I have a great personality that can be very uplifting. It makes me a likable person.

What is your favorite sport?
I like playing all sports; I do not have a favorite.
Describe your own athletic ability/skills:
I am good, not great, but I always try my hardest.

What is your favorite type of music?
All music!
Why is this your favorite type of music?
I love to dance!
Describe your own musical abilities/skills: I am learning to play the piano.

Describe any other special talents, skills, hobbies or interests you may have:
Fashion, dogs, cooking, baking, sewing, language, travel.

What is your favorite book? The Bathroom Reader
Why? It is filled with so many interesting facts. You learn something new in every page.

What is your favorite movie? This is a tough one but off the top of my head there is The Notebook and Pay It Forward.
Why?
The Notebook is just so romantic it makes you laugh and cry. Pay It Forward makes me want to help others.

Describe your own artistic abilities/skills:
I’m very creative, I can sew very well. For example, I can sew bags, jeans, and even curtains.

Do you speak any foreign languages? Spanish

Have you had any unique travel experiences that you feel have helped shape your way of thinking and/or the way you live your life?
I love travel but sadly I haven’t traveled much but I have been to Mexico. I learned how to ride horses in Mexico and traveling there made me value money a bit more. In other words, I could spare a couple of dollars because that could help someone there buy food for a week.

Have you had any unique educational experiences? I had the greatest 5th grade teacher; I still stay in contact with her. During that school year I learned so much and not one single text book was used.

Have you had any unique experiences with volunteer work? When I volunteered at an animal shelter, I helped so many people adopt so many dogs and it made me happy to see the dogs go to loving homes.

If you were given enough funds to spend one year of your life to engage in any recreational, political, religious/spiritual, or other endeavor of particular importance to you, what would you choose to do?
I would help find all the dogs in the animal shelters a home, spay and neuter all the dogs, cats, and bunnies throughout the world. If I had any money left after that, I would travel the world to gain experience. I would also travel the world to promote awareness of HIV and STDs because they scare me so much. I would not want someone to suffer from something that can be prevented.

Philosophies and Thoughts

What is your philosophy on life? “A smile is a light in a window which shows that the heart is home.” I love that quote and try to be positive every day knowing that I can help make someone happy.

How did you come to have this philosophy on life?
I read it in a quote book that my brother gave me.

What is your ultimate goal and ambition in life?
Ever since I saw the movie Pay It Forward, I always see if I can help people. I hope that I can help millions of people in many ways before I pass away. My ambition in life is just to be happy and accomplish many things like traveling, learning to play piano, and just living life and laughing a lot.

How do you plan on achieving this goal?
Living life one day at a time, but planning as much as I can.

Why do you want to be an egg donor?
I want to become an egg donor because it would make me feel great knowing that I helped someone to have a family, a joy that someone otherwise might not have. Women have millions of eggs-why not donate some of them to help others.

What do you think egg donation means to potential recipients?
Smiling from cheek to cheek, knowing that they have a chance to complete their family. For some, it is being able to share their love with someone.
