Describe your personality and character: Fun, social, outgoing, vivacious, lovable, intellectual, easy to get along with.
How do you think others would describe you? Very social, great problem solver, strong-willed, individualistic, quick-witted, artistic.
What would you say is your strongest personal trait and why? Being individualistic. I am an only child and have no step or half brothers or sisters. Therefore, I had to learn a lot on my own. I was also raised in a single-parent household and was considered a latch-key kid. I learned a lot of things at a younger age than most people like: cooking, chores, car repairs, etc. I went on my first airplane flight by myself, went to college by myself, and also moved out on my own as soon as I graduated high school. I like to learn things through my own personal experiences and I believe that this has helped me to become individualistic.
What is your favorite sport? I love to watch professional football.
Describe your own athletic ability/skills: I played basketball, volleyball, and did weight lifting in high school.
What is your favorite type of music? I love all music. If I had to choose, I would say classic rock.
Why is this your favorite type of music? I was raised on it because of my mother.
Describe your own musical abilities/skills: I used to play the guitar in middle school and high school.
Describe any other special talents, skills, hobbies or interests you may have: Snowboarding, swimming, and music. I have been to over 25 concerts.
What is your favorite book? White Oleander
Why? I first enjoyed the movie and then went back to read the book. I liked what the character stood for.
What is your favorite movie? Kill Bill, The Sweetest Things, V for Vendetta, Forrest Gump
Why? I can’t pick just one; I love all of the stories. I enjoy a movie that makes you think.
Describe your own artistic abilities/skills: I am a very good drawer.

Have you had any unique travel experiences that you feel have helped shape your way of thinking and/or the way you live your life?
I studied abroad in Spain for the summer with my best friend.
Have you had any unique educational experiences? I went to the University of Barcelona, Spain.
Have you had any unique experiences with volunteer work? I used to volunteer at the Home for Brain Injured Children.
If you were given enough funds to spend one year of your life to engage in any recreational, political, religious/spiritual, or other endeavor of particular importance to you, what would you choose to do? I would love to teach abroad in South America because I think that it would be a great experience to endeavor in new things and learn about new cultures. |
